After spending decades in high-level management roles for market- leading companies like Sumo Salad, Wellbeing @ Work Summits, Christie’s and Survival — I couldn’t ignore the burnout I was witnessing. This really instilled in me the importance work-life balance in business. And I decided to design a coaching program specifically for the wider wellness industry to help small businesses grow without compromising on wellbeing. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, health practitioner, spiritual guide, counsellor, personal trainer, chiropractor or a nutritionist, I want to help you achieve your idea of success.
